07/27/2009 Our New Home!

Stanley (2.5 years) and Ashley (9 months) have been frequenting Home Depot these days.

Why? They are shopping for their new home
that they just moved in on June 27 2009!

A view of Chino Hills from the house.

It's a single-family house located on the rolling hills of the picturesque city of Chino Hills in Southern California. It is about 20 minutes drive from downtown Los Angeles.

Chino Hills is ranked the 7th best place to live in California, and #68 in America in 2006’s issue of Money Magazine’s Top 100 Places to Live.

The city was also ranked the 21st safest place to live in the United States based on June 2006 FBI statistics.

Besides, Chino Hills is ranked 6th highest median household income in the Nation according to a U.S. Census Bureau Survey.

Most importantly, Chino Hills has excellent schools! Its immaculate school systems set the bar for the level of excellence.

The house is a two-story dwelling built in 2005. It has a living space of 3,400 sq ft and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In May 2007, the house was sold to the previous owner for $1.1 million.

Congratulations to you Eric and Lily!! How good you must feel to have accomplished such a beautiful home and place to live with all of the special features attached. Your children are indeed fortunate! We are so happy for you. You deserve the best. We are proud of you...but we were before, too.

Give the kids hugs and kisses.
